Gemazaar (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online marketplace where independent sellers list gemstones and registered buyers place bids. To run that service safely, we process personal information about visitors, buyers, and sellers.

- Mobile number when you verify your phone during registration or update it in your profile. A working number is required before you can bid.

- Seller verification material such as business details and identity documents you upload during seller onboarding.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Bid history, listing records, and seller verification files may be retained for audit, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons even after an auction ends or an account is closed.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and keep your sign-in details private.
8. Your choices & rights
You can review and update much of your profile information from your account settings. You may ask us to correct inaccurate information or request deletion of your account, subject to legal and operational requirements such as completed auction records or fraud investigations.
If you no longer want marketing or non-essential messages, contact us and we will honour reasonable opt-out requests where applicable.
9. Children
Gemazaar is intended for adults who can enter into binding contracts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we will delete such information if we become aware of it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site or communicated through your account email where appropriate.
